Dylan Slaughter became an NBL member in August of 2007 and began racing in the 6 yr. old rookie class at the High Springs, Fl. BMX track. Dylan rapidly excelled in the sport of BMX winning almost every race and leading his class in points. Half way through the season and on the weekend of a National Qualifier Slaughter made his move from rookie to novice class. He took first place both days. This set the precedent for the remainder of the season and allowed him to earn the title of "2008 Florida State 6 Novice Champion"! And then a few months later on the exact day of his 1 year anniversary of becoming an NBL member Dylan earned the title of "2008 7 Novice National Champion"! He is now officially classed as an "Expert Rider".
