Speaking of skaters who are innovative and creative without being kooks, Japan's Gou Miyagi basically blew the internet's mind when his section from The Overground Broadcasting video hit You Tube. Well new friend of The Soon, Fos from Heroin Skateboards has sent us a preview of a Gou Miyagi Heroin guest board, which is looking pretty sick.
Heroin is a super sick company and it's worth it to support any brand that supports someone like Gou as well as Deerman Of Dark Woods, so if you can get your grubby little fingers on some of their product this side of the pond, I suggest you do so.
And while we're shouting out our friends here, my friends Juergen and Daniel from Germany who made the Made For Skate book, as well as a Made For Skate iPhone application, have now released a lite version that you can get for free where you rub your fingers over various pictures of shoes and wreck them. I saw a video of it and it looked pretty fun.
I'd get it myself and let you know all about it but I've never had a cell phone in my life. But if you have an iPhone, you should definitely check it out.
