Digi Cameron
A few days ago my friend Cam dropped a video of all digi-cam footage of him and his friends on the world wide webnet. Personally I'm a huge fan of digi-cam videos. Krooked's Naughty is one of my favourite all time videos, and here at YWS we're no strangers ourselves to digi-cam vids. (1,2, and 3.) I think there's something about a good digi-cam video that captures the way that people really skate. When you're just fucking around with your buddies, and you're not filming for some video project that you're stressed out to make it the best it can possibly be. You're just getting footage for fun, and the fact that it's on a digi-cam makes it not quite as serious. Videos like that are always the ones that make me want to actually go out and skate rather than the big blockbuster video productions where all of the skating in it is completely unfathomable and unattainable. Even though some of that footage is on digi-cam, Cam definitely has some bangers in there that seem a little too good for a digi-cam video, but I think that makes it all that much more sick.
